What clients say about working with trendreel

Our gallery had grown by adding a box at a time over several years. James traced every signal path, relabelled the lot and gave us a one-page diagram. When a monitor failed during a live news hour, a junior technician found the fault in minutes using that sheet.

We had a small interview set and a reflective glass desk that made every guest look washed out. Priya reworked the lighting plot and moved two camera positions. The pictures are more even now, and our operators follow her notes without needing her in the room.

Tom measured our room before suggesting anything and explained what he found in plain language. The treatment was modest and sensible, and presenters no longer fight the echo. Our audio operator says speech sits much cleaner in the mix from the first rehearsal.

Helen helped us rewrite our run-sheets and set up a rehearsal routine before each live show. Nothing dramatic, just clearer cues and a proper checklist. Transmission days are calmer, and new freelancers settle into the gallery faster than they used to.
